To improve and strengthen the academic exchanges and economic cooperation in Northeast Asia, the National Economics and Management Association of Korea(NEMA), the China University Commercial Education Association(CUCEA) and Chungnam National University(CNU) announce that the 17th Northeast Asia Management and Economics Joint Conference (NAMEJC 2019) and the 4th International Conference on Management and Economics(ICME 2019) will be held on October 24-26, 2019 at the College of Economics and Management of Chungnam National University in Daejeon, Korea.

The theme of the conference is “New Northern and Southern Policy in Globalization 4.0 Era.” Contributed papers on any topic within the field of the theme will be welcome. Reference topics include but are not limited to:

• The 4th Industrial Revolution
• Global Value Chain
• Low Carbon Economy/ Sustainability
• Entrepreneurship
• Venture and Technological Innovation
• New Northern and Southern Policy/One Belt and One Road
• Trade, FTA, and Economic Integration
• Logistics, Transportation and Tourism
• Cross-Border e-Commerce
• E-business and New Business Model
• Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) and Codes of Corporate Conduct(CCC)
• Other economics, management and international trade issues

The prospective authors who want to participate in this conference should send their own abstracts of no more than 300 words in A4(210 x 297 mm) with free format by August 31, 2019 to the following address. The abstracts should be written in English and include the affiliation, address, phone and email of each author. After review process by the Program Committee consisting of a panel of international scholars, the submitting authors will be notified by September 30, 2019. Basic registration fee is U$ 100.00 (110,000 Korean Won). Conference proceedings and day-long feedings including buffet lunch and dinners at conference hotel will be provided to the registered participants during the conference period. Among the registered participants, however, members of National Economics and Management Association of Korea (NEMA), China University Commercial Education Association (CUCEA), and delegates from overseas sister universities of Chungnam National University(CNU), who are officially approved by one of the above institutions or the participants from sponsoring institutions can participate in the conference free of charge. Moreover, free accommodation for 2 nights(October 24-26, 2019) per accepted paper will be provided to the overseas participants.
